Right people. Right papers. Right site.
Right to work checked on the operative’s phone before day one. RAMS read and accepted before anyone books a minute. Expiring documents chased automatically. When someone asks for proof, it’s already on the record.

- Identity & liveness checks
- Version-tracked RAMS acceptance
- App, SMS & email reminders
- Append-only audit trail
Compliance lives in a lever-arch file
Photocopied passports, sign-in sheets for RAMS and a spreadsheet of expiry dates somebody updates when they remember.
- Operatives on site before their right to work is checked
- RAMS signed on paper that never makes it back to the office
- CSCS cards and tickets expiring without anyone noticing
- No quick answer when a main contractor asks for proof
Compliance that runs itself
Every check happens on the operative’s phone and lands on their record, where you — and your auditors — can see it.
- Identity and right to work verified in the app before placement
- RAMS accepted per version before time can be booked
- Expiry reminders sent automatically, every day
- A clear, shareable record for every site
Compliance from onboarding to the site gate
What Genius checks, what it chases, and what it proves — without a single photocopy.
Checked before day one, not after
Operatives verify their identity in the app: a scan of their passport or ID and a live selfie matched against it. No photocopies in a drawer.
- Document scan and liveness check on the operative’s own phone
- Front and back of the document captured
- The result stored against the worker, with the date it was verified
- Unverified operatives flagged before they reach a site
Read and accepted before a minute is booked
Upload RAMS, method statements and site rules to the site. Operatives on that site must read and accept the current version before they can book time.
- Required reading set per document, per site
- Acceptance recorded per operative, per document, per version
- Re-issue a document and everyone it binds is told to read it again
- A clear list of who has — and hasn’t — accepted, to show the main contractor
Nothing lapses quietly
Every compliance item carries an expiry date, and a daily sweep reminds the operative — in the app, by text and by email — before it runs out.
- Daily expiry sweep across the whole workforce
- Reminders by app, SMS and email as the date approaches
- Your team sees what is expiring before it becomes a problem
- Renewals uploaded straight from the operative’s phone
The checks you rely on — and nothing you shouldn’t
Your Workers page shows the compliance you are entitled to rely on for everyone on your sites. Tax, bank and employment-status details stay private.
- Right to work, identity and the checks you opt into
- Who is on which of your sites, since when, under which order
- What each operative has actually worked for you
- Private matters stay private — which protects you too
Twelve-week qualifying clock, counted for you
Under the Agency Workers Regulations, twelve qualifying weeks in the same role with the same hirer changes what an agency worker is entitled to. We count them.
- Counted per worker, per hirer, per role
- Breaks of six weeks or less pause the clock rather than resetting it
- Week twelve flagged by the system, not found by accident
- A natural point to talk about a permanent hire
Every acceptance, check and change on the record
When a main contractor, an insurer or HMRC asks, the answer is already written down — who did what, and when.
- Append-only audit of compliance and document events
- Searchable and exportable when you need to show it
- Contracts signed digitally between every party
- Nothing edited silently, ever
Site compliance questions
How does the right-to-work check work?
The operative scans their passport or identity document in the Workforce PRO app and takes a live selfie. The check compares the two and reads the document, and the result is stored against their record with the date.
Can operatives work before they have read the RAMS?
No. If a document is marked as required reading for a site, an operative on that site cannot book time there until they have accepted the current version.
What happens when we update a RAMS document?
Upload the new version and everyone it applies to is told. Their acceptance of the old version stays on the record, and they are asked to accept the new one.
Can we prove to a main contractor that documents were read?
Yes. Each site shows who has accepted each document and version, and when — ready to share.
Which compliance details can our site managers see?
The checks a client is entitled to rely on, such as right to work and identity. Operatives’ tax, bank and employment-status records are not shown to clients.
Who chases expiring documents?
The system does. A daily sweep reminds the operative by app, text and email as an expiry approaches, and your team can see what is coming up.
