What does Genius actually do?
We engage and pay the self-employed and PAYE operatives who work on your sites, carry the HMRC compliance responsibility for them, and give you the app and portal to see who is on site, approve their hours and find more people when you need them.
Do we need to buy clocking-in hardware?
No. Operatives sign in with the Workforce PRO app on their own iPhone or Android phone, using the site boundary. There is nothing to install on site.
How does the compliance guarantee work?
Your contractors are engaged through Genius, so the ties between you and them are severed. HMRC correspondence, status enquiries and employment tribunals about them become our responsibility — and our cost.
How quickly can we start?
